If you do not see what you are looking for in our listing, or you need help with placing your order, then please contact McAlarney's Pool Billiards and Spas. Nearly all brands pool and billiard equipment are available through McAlarney.
Fair Pricing:
At McAlarney's we do our best to remain competitive and remind you, the customer, or any and all applicable vendor rebates on our quality chemicals and pool care products.

Product Substitutions and Back Orders:
McAlarney's always attempts to send your order in a timely manner. To ensure that your order is shipped on time McAlarney's may substitute out of stock items with similar items that are equal and greater in value. If no substitutes are available, we will ship your back order as soon as possible and we will not charge for additional freight (special orders excepted).
Shipping:
It is our objective to get our products to you, the customer, quickly and in the most cost effective way. We do not include freight in the price of the products. We only ship products in the 50 contiguous states through our web site. International orders must be phoned into the number listed above.
UPS is our standard carrier for domestic packages. Our standard shipping and handling fee for small packages is $5.95. Once the shipping charges exceed this charge, we pass along the shipping costs prepaid.
Many of the pool chemical like chlorine tablets and acid are considered Hazardous Materials by the Department of Transportation and are subject to surcharges for handling by the UPS. The standard Hazardous Materials surcharge is $12.00 per package. These products are prohibited as air freight. The steep cost of Hazardous Material shipping charges makes purchasing small quantities very cost ineffective. People ordering small quantities and who live near Marietta Ohio may want to visit our Marietta location in person.
Max UPS weight is 100 lb. per package.
Most orders will be shipped on the following business day after they are received by the UPS.
Returns:
Returns must be accompanied by an RGA number issued by McAlarney's and printed on the outside of the package. Packages returned without an RGA will be refused credit. Refused or returned orders will be charged freight both ways plus 15% restocking fee. No collect freight return packages will be accepted. Products must be returned in sellable condition with all included manuals and add-ons. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be refused credit. Original outbound freight from McAlarney's is not refundable.
Electrical components & Swimwear are not returnable

Payment Options:
Credit card number* will not be charged until the product is shipped. CIA or cash in advance orders will be accepted upon arrangement with a McAlarney representative. We are sorry, but COD orders cannot be accepted.
*Do not ever send credit card numbers via email to anyone, it is a security risk.
